At Geraldton Flexible School, we believe that every young person deserves a place where they feel safe, respected, and capable of success. Our school exists to walk alongside young people who may have experienced barriers to learning and to support them to re-engage with education in ways that work for them.
We understand that students come to us with different experiences, strengths, and challenges. For this reason, learning at Geraldton Flexible School is highly personalised. Each student is supported to develop an Individual Learning Plan that recognises their goals, interests, and pathways for the future. Our staff work closely with young people to rebuild confidence, develop skills, and create meaningful opportunities for learning.
Relationships sit at the centre of everything we do. We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive community where students feel known, valued, and supported. Through strong connections with families, community organisations, and local partners, we aim to provide young people with the support they need both in and beyond the classroom.
